Holo Icons (Nova/Apex/Go/ADW) apk 1.1.8 android app
To apply the theme go to your launcher settings and:
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > MIUI v5 Theme
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > MIUI v5 > Apply
ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > MIUI v5 Theme > Apply
