<b>Important: this version requires a new permission to be able to pre-populate the account setup screen (first start only)</b>
★ On some devices attachments were not sent
★ Plain text messages are now linkified (newly loaded messages)
★ New setting to disable text-to-speech when ringtone is muted
★ Account setup doesn't use localized folder names any more for special folders like Trash etc.
★ Accounts are now ex- and imported in the same order they appear in the account list
★ Some bug fixes
